faq
Every client starts with a detailed intake: training history, what they enjoy and hate, injuries big and small, job and stress level, training days they can commit to, equipment on hand, short and long-term goals.
All of it shapes how I plan and program, specifically for them.
Depends how strict we need to be. A novice gets a little more grace in the first four weeks than someone who's tracked before and is three months into coaching with me.
There's a baseline level of commitment required. But adherence needs to improve, week after week.
Bloodwork shows me when a vital health marker is off. That lets me refer a client to a doctor when something needs real medical attention, and it helps me understand their biology. Low testosterone or antioxidant markers might mean we fix sleep before we ever touch the micro-details of macros.
Wearables give me a more analytical view, concrete numbers that back up the changes a client is making. Not the end-all-be-all. But they reveal patterns that matter.

I'm open to texts from 6am to 8pm CST. I get back to clients within the hour. Go quiet on me and I might send a song of the day just to check in.
Texting isn't limited, and if I think it'll help more than an instant answer, I'll point you toward research or reading instead.
