refund policy

Month to month, cancel any time

Coaching is billed month to month. You can cancel at any time by emailing stefan@stefanrueda.com before your next billing date. Your coaching continues through the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Fees for a month that has already started are not refundable, and I do not pro-rate for unused days or paused weeks.

Billing mistakes

If you are charged in error or twice, tell me and I will correct it and refund the mistaken charge.

Digital programs

Paid digital programs are delivered right after payment through a download link sent to your email. Because you get access immediately, all sales are final once the link has been sent. I will refund or replace your purchase if you were charged but never received the program, if the file will not open and I cannot fix it, or if you were charged twice or in error. Email stefan@stefanrueda.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Free items

The consultation call and the free guides cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Payment terms

Pricing depends on the services we agree on and is discussed on your consultation call. Billing dates and payment method are confirmed in writing once your application is accepted. If that written agreement differs from this page, the written agreement controls.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Texas or federal consumer law.
